EU Right of Withdrawal

If you're shopping from the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order. Here's how it works and how to do it.

📅Your 14-Day Right

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your right under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

The 14-day period begins the day after you (or a third party you nominated, other than the carrier) physically take possession of the last item in your order.

✉️How to Cancel

Tell us within 14 days. Email us at info@uglybettyconfetti.com with your name, address, order number, and a statement that you wish to withdraw. You can use the form below if you prefer.

Send the goods back. Return the items within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling. Pack them well so they arrive in their original condition. You pay the return shipping.

Receive your refund. Once we receive the goods and confirm they're in original condition, we'll refund the cost of the goods and the original standard delivery charge to your original payment method within 14 days.

💶Refund Details

What we refund

• The full cost of the goods you've returned
• The standard delivery cost paid when you placed your order

What we don't refund

• The cost of return shipping (you pay this)
• Any premium or expedited delivery upgrade (if you chose a faster delivery option, we'll only refund the standard rate)
• Any reduction in value if the goods have been used beyond what's necessary to inspect them

When you receive your refund

Within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to pay. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or receive evidence that you've sent them, whichever is earliest.

📦Return Shipping

You're responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the goods to us. Please use a tracked service. We recommend retaining proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

⚠️Exceptions: Goods Made to Your Specification

Bespoke and customised cuts are NOT covered

Under EU CRD Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications. If you specifically request a custom cut length (not a standard variant from the dropdown), your right of withdrawal does not apply to that bespoke item.

All standard product variants (1m, 3m, 5m, 10m, 120m rolls, A4 sheets, etc.) ARE covered by the 14-day right.
