How long before we dispatch

Every order is freshly cut, so allow 0 to 2 working days for production before dispatch. During sales, launches, or holidays, this can stretch to a few working days. We’ll always email if there’s a delay.

Working days means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking your order

Once your order dispatches you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking. If your UK order hasn’t landed within 7 working days of dispatch, or your international order within 14 working days, email us and we’ll investigate straight away.

Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, email info@uglybettyconfetti.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll always make it right.
