UBC ships to most countries worldwide via Parcel Monkey. Whether you're in Dublin, Dortmund, Detroit or Dunedin, we've got you covered. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, drop us an email at info@uglybettyconfetti.com and we'll do our best to get it sorted.

How We Ship
UK Orders
Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Free UK shipping on orders over £50. Most orders arrive within 2-3 working days. We dispatch every weekday before 2pm.
EU Orders
EU parcels ship via Parcel Monkey using DHL, DPD or carrier-best on the day. Typical delivery 5-8 working days. EU import VAT and any handling fees are payable by you on delivery to your local courier or postal service. These are set by your country's customs office, not by UBC.
USA, Canada, Australia & Rest of World
Shipped via Parcel Monkey through international tracked services. Typical delivery 7-14 working days. Customs duties and import taxes are payable by you on delivery and are charged by your country, not by UBC. We declare every parcel correctly with the right HS code so it moves through customs smoothly.
Customs, Taxes & Duties — Read This
Important: You Are Responsible For Customs Charges
For all international orders (EU and beyond), any import taxes, VAT, customs duties or handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility. UBC does not collect or refund these charges.
If you refuse delivery, fail to pay the customs charges, or your parcel is returned to us because charges were not paid: shipping costs are non-refundable and any taxes UBC has paid on your behalf are non-refundable.
Please check your country's import rules before ordering so there are no surprises.
Rough Guide By Country
• EU: VAT charged on delivery, typically 19-25% depending on country, plus a courier handling fee (~€8-15)
• USA: orders under $800 are typically no charge
• Canada: GST/PST applies, varies by province
• Australia: GST applies on orders over AU$1,000
• Other countries: check with your local customs office

Returns & Refunds
International Returns Policy
If you'd like to return an international order, please email us at info@uglybettyconfetti.com first. You pay the return shipping.
What we will refund: The cost of the product, once it arrives back at UBC HQ in its original, unused condition.
What we will NOT refund:
• Original shipping cost
• Return shipping cost
• Any import taxes, customs duties or handling fees
• Any costs incurred if you refuse delivery or fail to collect
If a parcel is returned to us because you didn't pay the customs charges or didn't collect the parcel, we will refund the product cost minus our return-handling fee and minus any costs we incurred (taxes paid, return shipping, customs handling).
Common Questions
Can I track my international order?
Yes. Every international order ships tracked. You'll get a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email and you can check progress via the link or the carrier's website.
My parcel says "in transit" but hasn't moved for days. What's happening?
International parcels can sit in customs clearance for 2-5 working days, especially during busy periods. If it's been more than 10 working days with no movement, email us at info@uglybettyconfetti.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
My customs office is asking for tax. Will UBC pay it?
No. Customs charges are your responsibility as the importer of the goods. Please pay them so your parcel can be released. UBC cannot pay foreign customs charges on your behalf and we cannot refund them later.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Email us at info@uglybettyconfetti.com with your order number and we'll start a claim with the carrier. We'll either resend or refund the product cost depending on what works best for you. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Can I return an international order?
Yes, but please email us first. You pay the return shipping. We refund the product cost only, in its original condition. Original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any taxes paid are not refundable.
Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?
We can sometimes ship to PO boxes via international tracked services. Military APO/FPO addresses can be tricky depending on your country. Email us first if you're not sure.
