Refund policy

EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are shopping from the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order without giving any reason, under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. This applies to all standard product variants from our catalog.

What we refund under your EU right of withdrawal:

  • The full cost of the goods you've returned
  • The standard delivery cost paid when you placed your order

What we don't refund:

  • The cost of return shipping (you pay this)
  • Any premium or expedited delivery upgrade
  • Any reduction in value if the goods have been used beyond what's necessary to inspect them

Bespoke/custom cuts: Under EU CRD Article 16(c), goods made to your individual specifications (custom cut lengths not in our standard variants) are excluded from this right.

General Returns Policy


At Ugly Betty Confetti, every sheet of foil is freshly cut to order, which means we put care into each pack before it leaves us. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, our returns policy works a little differently to standard retail.

Made-to-Order Items

As all foils are cut to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@uglybettyconfetti.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion, typically within 3-5 working days of receiving your photos.

Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Refund Method

All approved refunds are returned to your orient method. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at info@uglybettyconfetti.com. If your order has not entered production yet, we will cancel and refund it in full. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel.
