Refund policy


At Ugly Betty Confetti, every sheet of foil is freshly cut to order, which means we put care into each pack before it leaves us. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, our returns policy works a little differently to standard retail.

Made-to-Order Items

As all foils are cut to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@uglybettyconfetti.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion, typically within 3-5 working days of receiving your photos.

Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Refund Method

All approved refunds are returned to your orient method. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at info@uglybettyconfetti.com. If your order has not entered production yet, we will cancel and refund it in full. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel.
